Know William Abell born 1772 died 11/3/1838 Cedar Creek, Nelson Co., Ky. and is buried in old Abell cemetery in Nelson Co., Ky.
He wed Eleanor Higgons 1/25/1793 in Belson Co., Ky.
Don't know anything about Higgins family
