I have will information for Joseph Abell of Shendoah Co., VA dated 1772-73 indicating his wife was Jane Abell; her children, john, Margaret, and George; his son, Joseph; mentions a John Abell Jr. son of John Abell, Sr.; also mentions his grandsons, Jeremiah and Ezekiel. Admin. by Fergus Cron and Jane Abell. Fergus Cron and his wife, Jane, later took John, Margaret, and George Abell (orphans) into their home. This suggests Fergus Cron may have married Jane Abell after Joseph Abell's death. Also suggests that Joseph may not have been the father of Jane's children nor
Jane the mother of Joseph's son, Joseph. I'm seeking information about this Joseph Abell or any of his family members. Any assistance will be very much appreciated.
