I am researching the work of the art historian and critic, Walter Halsey Abell. I would like to contact any relatives for information on his family, his letters and the location of his private and art-related papers.His parents were Edward Walter Abell and Bertha Maria Halsey. He was married to Marcella Marie Archard and they had 2 children, Marc and Alfreda. Walter Abell was a professor of art at Antioch College, Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, Canada and Michigan State. He was the author of 2 books on art and numerous articles in American and Canadian art magazines. Thank you for any help you can give me.
