Abels in western TN, early 1900s: Fayette Co. & Shelby Co.

I'm actually researching the Phillips family, but I believe one daughter married an Abel.

In WWI draft reg, Jessie Phillips of Tipton Co. lists his closest living relative as Rosie Abel of Arlington (Shelby Co.). In 1920, I find Will and Rosie Abel with their family in Fayette Co. They have one son whose name I can't make out on the census and four daughters: Floetta, Willie May, Katie Sue and Francine/Frances. All kids were born between 1909 and 1918. Will Abel was b. abt 1884 in TN.

The Phillips family I'm interested in is John W. Phillips and Margaret A. Bell. Their children were: Jessie B. (son), Rosa A. and Fannie B. They were all born in Washington Co., TN.
