Looking for ancestry to Lewis L. Lowman who married Elizabeth Abee, and they had 10 children.
Sarah - b. Oct. 24, 1881
Adolphus - b. 1883
Etta - b. Mar. 13, 1885 - d. 1950
Rosalie - b. Oct. 9, 1886
Celia - b. Jan. 30, 1889 - d. Mar. 27, 1925
Zora - b. Aug. 22, 1890 - d. 1982
Colis - b. July, 1892 - d. 1961
Blanie - b. Sept. 26, 1895
Lillie - b. Sept. 19, 1897
Lula - b. April 8, 1900 - d. Feb. 23, 1960
Elizabeth's brother was John Abee, and John's father was John H. Abee.
Ephraim Abee was John Abee's uncle.
Charles Abee donated land that my grandfather and Sam Lowman helped with the construction to build "Abees Chapel Baptist Church" in Valdese, N.C. If anyone has any information about Lewis L. Lowman, please e-mail me at dotibaby@hotmail.com
