I found some early Hess-Abee connections, Still nothing on Nancy. Margarette Hess (father John Hess) born Oct 7, 1764, Lancaster Co, Pa, Married Peter Eby/Abee, July 12, 1788. She died Feb, 14,1846, Lancaster,Pa. Fannie Hess, born Sept 7, 1827, married Levi Eby/Abee Wissler, Dec 30,1845. She died Feb 23,1895, Pa
John R. Hess married Anna Eby/Abee Stauffer, children - John, Amos, Simon, Daniel, Abraham, Benjamin, Lizzie, Anna. No dates.
I found this on the below site. www.trellis.net/steel/abee/linksto.htm Click on Dawn Quest. This is a very large site. I didn't go through all of it. anyway check it out. Also in the early days the Abee name was spelled several different ways. Aebi/ Eby/Aby/Abee. If I come across anything else I will let you know. Janice
