I don't have a lot of info for our Abbs connection. Our connection seems to have come to the US through Canada, orginially from England.

My husband, Kenneth Blake, had a grandmother named Caroline Abbs, b. Oct.25,1886 in Brantford, Ontario, Candada. She had a brother named Alfred Abbs. (Other siblings?) She married John Henry Blake (of whom we have no info other than he died at 27 in Buffalo NY of tuberculosis). Caroline's father was Joseph Stinson Abbs 1858-1931 born in England, died where? Joseph seems to have been an artist by trade or hobby. He was married to Jane Wooten. No other info on her.

I don't know if this is any help to you. I would appreciate any info you have that might help me. Carol
