My dad Cecil Al Abbott died from congestive heart failure on January 2, 1954. I was 7 at the time. He was born in Phenix City, AL on April 28, 1923. He served in the US Army in WW2, 3rd Armored Division. He was employed by the Kansas City Southern Railroad Company (KCS) at the time of his death working in Port Arthur, Texas. His parents were Will Cuffie Abbott and Laura Hardy Abbott. He had a twin brother, Walter Abbott, who resided in Columbus, Georgia, until the time of his death in November 24, 2006. I am desperate to find any information from anyone that may have bumped into this name, family, or have or know about any other connections and/or leads that might be out there somewhere. Thanks.
