1807 Land Lottery Fortunate Drawers
Jourdan Abbett of Warren Co. won Wilkinson Co. D13 L174 in Newsom’s Militia Dist., but he DID NOT claim the land. It was granted to Peter I. Williams of Baldwin Co.
Elizabeth Abbett of Warren Co. won Wilkinson Co. D13 L261 in Neal’s Militia Dist., but she DID NOT claim the land. It was granted to Peter I. Williams of Baldwin Co.
Joseph Abbett of Neal’s Dist. Warren Co. won Baldwin Co. Dist 9 L155 in Neal’s Militia Dist. and he DID claim the land, which has Fishing Creek on it.
James Abbett of Liberty Co. won Wilkinson Co. D8 L51 and he DID NOT claim the land. It was granted to Nathaniel Ashley of Telfair Co.
1805 Land Lottery Fortunate Drawers
John Abbott, Sr., of Burke Co. won Wilkinson Co. D3 L169 and DID claim the land; the plat shows that Sandy Creek flows on this land.
Thomas Abbott of Warren Co. won Baldwin Co. D1 L44 and DID claim the land. This plat is faint, but it appears to contain a creek. The land is next to Neil Patterson of Tatnall Co. (I mention this because there are a number of Abbotts from Tatnall Co. GA.)
