Thank you so much and yes to me it sounded like you are on the right track until 1920 when Gladys was 11 is there any record of her marrying a Hall between 1920 and 1930. I noticed Gladys was granddaughter and then 1910 a Willis Cunningham was adopted. I recently moved and all my genealogy papers are in a storage shed in Fl. so Im not able to get to them.But I recall my grandmothers certificate of birth said William Ellis or Elias Cunningham listed for father and Jane (Smith)not sure of last name Ive read so many names trying to locate the right family .I wonder if maybe Gladys went by Fannie(?) Aunt Christine said she remembered a sister Fannie that lived there with them when Oscar was bed ridden.I sure do appreciate all your help thats awesome!!! Thanx a million Eileen
