It helps when you post birth and death dates even if only approximate. However, based on the names you posted...

1900 census Kingston, Luzerne County, PA:

Richard Paisley, born May 1830 in Ireland, father born in Scotland and mother in Ireland, married 12 years, immigrated in 1842.
Luisa (wife), born May 1872 in Pennsylvania, parents born in Germany, married 12 years.
Jethro (son), born Feb 1890.

1910 census Kingston, Luzerne County, PA:

Louisa Paisley 40 widowed
Jethro (son) 20
Rose Abey 70 (mother), immigrated in 1866

others

others

Jethro F. Paisley's WWI draft card indicates he was born Feb 8, 1888 in Kingston, PA.

New York immigration Record "Senator Iken" June 4, 1866:

George Abbe 34y 5m, from Germany
Roslie 26
Elisabeth 3y 2m
Dorothe 8m

New York immigration Record "Agitator" May 8, 1843 from Belfast, Northern Ireland:

Richardson Paisley (no age given)

I suggest contacting the Northeastern Pennsylvania Genealogical Society in Shavertown, PA. They may be able to help you find death dates and obituaries. Once you know the death dates then try to get death certificates from the PA Div. of Vital Records for anyone who died after 1906. I also suggest trying to get Richard and Louisa's marriage record (ca 1888) from the Luzerne County Register of Wills. It may list info on the parents.
