John Abbey 1612-1690 sailed from Londaon, England in the "Bonaventure" Jan 2,1634. Early settler of Winham, MA sons John and Samuel settled in Windham Ct 1696-7. I have the rest of the Windham abbey names too.

I do not know if that is the same John or not but will see if I have anything else. There is a bookMemorial to Capt. Thomas Abbey that you might find online in rare and out of date books with a lot of info on the Abbeys. My grandfather and gr grandfather are pictured in it. It is also in the DAR and Colonial Dames and Mayflower society Library for reference if your trying to join. The connection to the Mayflower is Peter Abbey married Hannah Alden 6th in descent from John Alden and Priscilla Mullins of the Mayflower.I have a website if you wish to visit it with pictures and stories. www.abbeymilleronealcooper.com Or History in an American family. It will come up on "All the Web" search engine.
