a dime a dozen and NEVER documented. The oldest DOCUMENTED individual was Jeanne Calmet of France who lived to 122 years and 164 days. I have checked into a couple of such claims. If you are lucky enough to find ANY records (birth, census, etc.) you'll soon discover that the claim is a total fabrication, or more kindly, a case of false memory - we all get old, memories dim and things get confused. Sometimes folks just enjoy the attention and there's always some reporter eager to recount the story so there you go....If you can't document it then it's fantasy or lore or myth, take you choice because it's nothing more.
