After more research, I think we can assume Jordan was the father of Silas and Rosetta was the wife of Silas. I have found 4 children:
Charity, black female b1828 age 22 in 1850
Samuel, black male b1831 age 19 in 1850
Cathan, black female b1835 age 15 in 1850
Isaac, black male b1839 age 10 in 1850
