Try http://www.cafepress.com/ for getting your reunion items. I don't know about the turn-around timing, but it is a way to streamline the process without your having to outlay money for t-shirts that may never sell. Your relatives can buy what they want in as many quantities as they want, and you don't have to worry about it. Just something to consider as an alternative. You have to provide your own design though.
