Autrims Mill is listed as the Name of Institution, not a location. Everyone on that that page has a mill job so I'd think it is a mill. The people living there are all renting.
The head of house, John Parmer and his wife Edie have only been married 2 years . The enumerator should not have but did put that John has no children while Edie had 5/ 4 of whom are living. So that would tell me that the children are not John Parmer's. It appears that they all had different fathers.
